Position Windows on your Desktop without using the Mouse

When you are on screencasting it is important to place the windows at
the right position. But by using the mouse you cannot place the
windows at the place you wanted or you may fed up by trying to place
it correctly. But now anymore.

Here's how:

While the program window that you want to move is in the foreground,
just press Alt + Spacebar. this will open the menu and then hit the
"M" key. Now use the arrow keys to move that window around on the
desktop to the place you wanted. The window will move exactly by 11
pixels in the direction of the arrow key per click.

Once you moved the window press enter to place the window at its newly
moved position or press escape to cancel the window transfer,it will
bring the window to its previous position.
